As many know last week was the craziest I've had in a while. Jeff was out of town for work and I had two big parties on the weekend with a cake for each! The first party was for our friend Daniel's Grandma's 93rd birthday. I made a 4 tier Chocolate cake with White chocolate fudge filling and Milk Chocolate Fudge (yes real fudge) for frosting. I topped it off with white chocolate trim and chocolate dipped strawberries! It was yummy! The second cake was for Trish's shower...more coming on that.
