Tomorrow is Sophy's last day of school (till Summer session). Since some of her friends won't be there for summer or even next year I thought I'd do something nice for her class. So I made these cute Cupcakes for her class and I'm sending goody bags. It's nice to do something nice every now and then, besides I had an excuse to practice my decorating skills. I saw this recipe in a book a while back and thought "man that's cute, but who would want to eat that much icing?" the answer: A class of two year olds.
